I totally agree! I am very careful when scouting people and among my friends who might join NG or are already on NG, I always tell them to work on their art so they can improve and become more eligible for scout. And most importantly this article is a gold mine when it comes to some types of AI-generated sounds:

Does anyone know how to get scouted? Who decides it? I dont think my art is amazing but it would be cool.
Make an art more of a quality, take your time. Don't focus much on quantity. Beginner and low-effort arts are not welcome on Art Portal. As I can see, you are scouted because you are willing to keep quality on your content.
