If you are just about the 'number' of medals and aren't a completionist: A lot of older games have 5 points medals for "Start the Game", "Look at the Credits", "Mute the Sound", "Finish Level 1", etc.

@SkilledFella I only vaguely remember it, but wasn't there some kind of issue with the clicks in 'TOM FULP CLICKER'?
In doubt I would move games with 'finicky' medals to the end of the playlist.
