I usually prefer Cola, Water, Espresso, Cappucino, Tea and Coffee.
Here are the pros and cons about every drink mentioned in this post:
Coca Cola
Pro: It is very tasty, mmm :3 Con: It has too much sugar and lots of caffeines.
Water
Pro: It keeps you hydrated, and it's also good for your health especially if you exercise, or even ride a bicycle. Con: None.
Tea
Pro: It keeps you hydrated, it is very good for our health, and it helps us to recover in case we are ill. Con: None.
Coffee, Espresso, and Cappucino
Pro: If you go to a caffe bar, you ask a waiter to get you some Coffee, Espresso, or even cappuccino. They are very tasty, and they have special effects. After drinking a coffee, you have Energy. Cons: It has too much caffeine. Don't consume too much caffeine in one day.
Energy Drinks
Cons: Now we're talking, about energy drinks such as Red Bull, Monster, and H*ll are very bad for your health, not only that. It has too much sugar, too much energy, and too much caffeine as well, so avoid drinking energy drink at all costs.
Boba Tea
Pro: This drink sounds very tasty, never tried it before. So it is like a smoothie but with tapioca dots. Con: It has too much sugar. I honestly don't know if that's true though.
Beer
Pro: You have to be 18 years old to drink this content. Con: Unfortunately, it has an alcohol, if you choose a beer without any percent of alcohol in it, then it's fine.
Just to let you know that Alcohol is very bad for your health, because it affects on our body.
