I hate people who are like this. They know better not to do this, but they don't give a damn. People who do stuff like this, such as sexually assaulting or just doing anything thats illegal to minors online or irl are just digusting.

The topic itself seems more like a case for a court of law, but 'skimming through the document' (because quite frankly: I find it disgusting and do _not_ want to know every little detail) I have a few remarks:
First off: If this comment looks too long for your attention span, this comment is for you. Yes, _you!_ Please try to muster the energy to read it.
The victim created an account on NG when they were under the age of 13 and drew "adult art". I _bet_ they learned from this encounter, but I hope others will learn from it as well: If 'you' are under 16 years of age, you are 'most likely' not ready to have a Newgrounds-account.
Just like the real world, this is not some kind of 'playground where there are protective adults will watch your every step'. When you lie about your age and walk into the "adult section" you are suddenly surrounded by people who are 'a lot older than you'. And those people will naturally think that you are old enough to be here _and treat you accordingly_. These are 'adult' and 'almost adult' users who you cannot properly interact with, because you still have emotional growth ahead of you. This situation gets even worse when you are 'under' 13. And 'a lot lot worse' when you maneuvered yourself into a position where you cannot publicly admit to being underage.
No matter how old and wise someone grow up to be, everyone makes mistakes! It's part of being human. If you approach a situation like that with a mindset of "Oh, then I just will be careful and not get caught and everything will be fine." you will almost inevitably reach a point where it 'won't be fine', and were you have to deal with the kind of aftermath that requires an adult.
If 'you' are a user under the age of 16, you might still say: "But I'm 13/14/15 and the current ToS of Newgrounds still allows for me to be here." And that would be factual. But realistically, you are not "ready" to step into the parts of NG where others are used to dealing with more mature users.
'If' you are under 18 years of age, _please_: Do yourself a favor and add your age to your profile in a clear way as @SkilledFella demonstrated or at least write "minor"/"adult" similar to how I wrote it in my profile. Because if somebody ever encounters you online and you give them nothing to go by, they will not act considerate of the fact that you "might" be a minor. Quite to the contrary: A lot of users are sick of dealing with adults who still act like children and will treat you like 'one of those'.
